Overview

This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities. It supports team leaders seeking to move to the next level of management as well as managers leading people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. On completion of this qualification you will have gained the skills and knowledge required for developing yourself and others and become secure in your ability to carry out your management role.

Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements to enrol on this ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management course. However it’s aimed at people who wish to develop their skills and knowledge and are new to management. There will be some basic assessments in English, Mathematics and IT.

Assessment

After each lesson there will be a question paper which needs to be completed and submitted to your assessor for marking.

This method of continual assessment ensures that your assessor can consistently monitor your progress and provide you with assistance throughout the duration of the course.

You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper. The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is 350 hrs.
